My work has been dedicated to a diverse portfolio of development projects, resort, planned communities and vertical commercial work including resort amenities, tilt-panel, outdoor mall, mid-rise condo, high-end retail, Class-A office, residential; custom, historic preservation and modular. Currently, I am based in Phoenix, AZ; consulting – offering Owner land development services, Pre-Construction & Construction Management services in US & LatAm markets and hold an Arizona General Contractor license (KB-01). ∫∫ I have covered Owner Developers & General Contractor projects, delivering quality work product with colleagues and other well selected design, engineering & construction professionals. I have managed both the field and office in remote and urban settings.

I am a degreed Construction Manager, Texas A&M University. I hold valued industry certifications2, accreditations, licenses and proficient with industry project controls and software suites.
A native Texan, Houstonian, I have two wonderful kids and considered to be a man with his feet firmly planted on the ground, loyal, talented, fair and honest. I manage pressure and do not panic under deadlines, legal, regulatory or crisis scenarios. I work to make myself valuable to any undertaking.
